i like the ongoing theme throughout, that perhaps he is in nowhere, not doing anything specific just playing music out in the open, free willed.
dancing between band members, conveying happiness and having a good time, what i want the band that i photograph to be like.
series of photographs in a montage as well, idea taken from the video.

i know the band i want to photograph have covered this song,
i like the ongoing themes throughout, and the powerful lighting behind the band, making them stand out,
fall out boy have a different approach to creating the video, with the bad members all of the place, and loads of different things going on at once, i think because of the genre of the magazine the layout should be out there, like most of the video's.

i like the theme of water in this video, especially with the gun at the beginning of the video i think this might have to be apart of the logo for the tittle of my magazine.
And as its about new artists, there can be features of the legends that have inspired them.

feature on the biggest rock festival DOWNLOAD.
always in June, and will be a good cover line and story to put into the magazine, and also automatically makes it appealing to anyone interested in metal and rock, as they'd know about download.

Themes/logos and images around the home page, that is recognisable as the download festival

mainstream band that broke up on hiatus for years, and are getting back together and headlining download, very popular well known band in metal history.
Color schemes they use in this video, the green lighting throughout, with the bold colours like the red of the bird.
Red bird also another idea for the logo of my magazine, along with the gun from the Nirvana video.

Foundation production - Research

As i would like to do a rock/metal magazine, I've been looking at Kerrang! and NME.

Kerrang!
One of the most famous Rock magazines at the moment, most known for its Reviews on Gigs and events, The band pictures, Interviews, And gossip. As well as giving the up to date in the rock music world.
The logo/tittle is so known now, that they generally cover up certain parts of it with the front cover images, of famous artists, and whoever is on the front, has a page about them in the magazine. The colour scheme normally stays the same, black and white font for the tittle, and also being the main theme throughout, but also adding colour in different Plugs and puffs and cover lines. The price generally stays the same, and its a popular magazine for teenagers to purchase, so the money behind  the magazine has increased and keeps on increasing the more it becomes popular.

NME
Is another famous magazine, well known for it's gossip, gifts, interviews, and news. It's a favourite among the rock magazines, as it works harder to aim its audience and teenagers, everything about the magazine becomes appealing, with the pictures of the artists, and the eye catching plugs and puffs. With a good price its a attractive purchase. Bold blocks of colour,  that are very bright and appealing so when potential customers look on the magazine rack its the one that stands out.
